Year 4 have enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Lit & Phil Library in Newcastle City Centre!

The children explored the wonderful library on a guided tour, discovering the magic of books, reading and the fascinating stories held within its walls.

Following their tour, the children took part in an exciting workshop all about inventions, myths and legends! Using their creativity and imagination, they were challenged to design their very own invention to help solve problems in the modern world, inspired by mythical creatures and legendary tales.

What a brilliant opportunity to bring reading, storytelling and creativity to life! 📖💡🌟
