Every member of our Governing Body has an important and essential role to play.
We have a very active and supportive governing body who are closely involved in all aspects of school life. OFSTED (March 23) noted that:
'Governors provide effective support and challenge to school leaders. Staff well-being and workload are important considerations for them. Staff recognise and welcome such support.'
Governors work closely with the Headteacher, school staff and representatives from the local authority (LA).
